● Work with the Product Manager to convert the Product Roadmap into User stories/ detailed requirements. Prioritize these (with guidance from the Product Manager) to deliver outcomes that align with the company's objectives and strategy.

● Analyze preferences and requests of end-users and work with the Product Manager to prioritize them.

● Ensure that the user stories/ detailed requirements are clearly understood by the development team.

● Support the developers with any questions that they might have during the development process.

● Ensure that there is always a clear "Definition of Done" for every requirement.

● Write acceptance tests that align with the definition of done.

● Write clear release notes and communicate them to stakeholders.

● Monitor the performance of released enhancements/ features and work with the development team on fixes/ improvements.

● Keep track of industry trends.

● Support the customer when issues concern the products in your area of responsibility.


Key Skills & Qualification:

● 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in the B2B segment

● Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

● Experience in building a SaaS solution

● Outstanding oral and written communication skills
